This six-week cohort program is designed to power innovative ideas by helping early-stage entrepreneurs gain personalized insights to hone their business strategy and accelerate their growth. Participants chosen for the cohort will work on developing their entrepreneurial mindset, validating their business model, and growing customer traction through a series of workshops, one-on-one office hours, and peer feedback sessions.
Randall Watts, one of our founders, has been in the industry for almost 10 years and in that time came to realize that the real estate industry was lacking in many business principles. Agents were getting into the business for "easy money" and not because it was a profession they could see themselves in long term. This caused many agents to get burnt out quickly when business was slow. Through recent times it was easy to see that agents were not prepared for a slow industry.
One of Kelle's objectives is to change the way brokers and agents approach real estate. Technology should be a helpful tool and not one that hinders growth. If technology could end the mundane and allow agents to focus more time on their clients and growing their business, wouldn't that be helpful? Don Stocker has been on a mission to help real estate agents have better businesses since he started his career over decade ago. Don became a broker to teach new agents the necessary skills to have a career in real estate. Providing the best service to your clients would bring business full circle with referrals from happy clients. Noticing that his own agents were getting bogged down by the necessary paperwork and marketing his agents were doing he sought a solution for his agent. Not finding anything that would work for him and his agents he decided to build something.

We started KELLE in 2020 with the goal of creating innovative software solutions that make real estate agents lives easier. Since then, we've been building technology for our brokerage, Stocker and Watts. With interest from our friends in the industry we decided to make KELLE into a company.
Real estate software is so jumbled that many brokers and agents are forced to piecemeal multiple systems together. This creates chaos with data which in turn makes for lost opportunity.
We saw this with our own eyes within our brokerage. When there is a breakdown in technology agents can feel stuck and not know how to proceed.

We've built KELLE from the ground up. We know when and how it should function. Designing the code took extra time but in the end KELLE is built to exceed expectations.
By using our own code we are not reliant on anyone but ourselves. It also means we can be quick to implement new things, and make changes as needed.
